Pricing and Payment
- Prices are invoiced and payable in UK sterling.
- Prepayment is accepted by BACS – please contact us for our bank details.
Delivery
- Quoted delivery dates are approximate only.
- Delivery is made by standard delivery arrangement, unless special delivery is requested.
- Please note goods are the customer risk once dispatched from the James Walter Gardner offices.
Refund Policy
- Books are not supplied and sold on a sale or return basis. If you receive damaged goods notify us immediately. Approved returns, due to damage or our processing error will be given a full credit providing the invoice number is supplied.
